Step 1

Prepare the dough first. Take an enamel pot and crack the eggs into it. Beat them well with a salt mixer.

Gradually, remembering to stir with a wooden spoon, add kefir and then water. You need to take boiled water, a little warm. Stir everything until smooth.

Sift the flour and start pouring a little into the pan with the blank under the dough.

Then put it on the table, after adding flour to prevent it from sticking, and start kneading. It should be tight. Cover with a napkin and leave for half an hour.

Now you need to prepare the filling for the dumplings. Rinse the cherries and squeeze the seeds out.

Add sugar to it, stir and leave for twenty minutes. She should give juice to be drained. You will not need it for making dumplings, but you can make fruit drink from it.

Then you need to add semolina to the cherry and stir thoroughly. This must be done in order for the dumplings to retain their shape.
