Step 1
First you need to peel the shrimp, then make a small longitudinal incision along the back of the shrimp and remove the dark vein.

On the belly of the shrimp, you need to make a couple of slight transverse cuts to give the shrimp a straight shape.

Peel carrots, zucchini and potatoes, then cut into small cubes.

In a cup, mix flour, starch, baking powder and salt.

The oil should be heated over moderate heat in a saucepan.

At the moment when the oil has warmed up, it is necessary to add cold mineral water to the flour mixture and mix quickly but very thoroughly.

Vegetables with shrimps must be dipped in batter.

Then, using kitchen tongs, mushrooms, shrimps and potatoes with carrots should be dipped in boiling oil. You have to be very careful!

Mushrooms and shrimps are cooked for 2 minutes, potatoes with carrots - for 2.5 minutes, and zucchini - for 1.5 minutes.
