Instructions

Step 1

Add 200 g sour cream to the chilled butter. Stir everything until smooth.

Add 1, 5 cups flour to sour cream and butter and knead the dough.

Cut the dough into 6 * 10 cm strips.

Place jam along the long edge of each dough strip. Roll the dough into a long roll with the filling inside. Use jams from different fruits and berries, then the cookies will have a different taste.
