- 200 g sour cream;
- 150 g butter;
- 1, 5 cups flour;

- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 cups of flour;

Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop 150 g of butter, melt over low heat, avoiding boiling. Remove the dish with oil from the heat, chill it slightly.
Step 2
Add 200 g sour cream to the chilled butter. Stir everything until smooth.
Step 3
Add 1, 5 cups flour to sour cream and butter and knead the dough.
Step 4
Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough on it and roll it into a thin layer.
Step 5
Cut the dough into 6 * 10 cm strips.
Step 6
Place jam along the long edge of each dough strip. Roll the dough into a long roll with the filling inside. Use jams from different fruits and berries, then the cookies will have a different taste.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the biscuits on top of it.
Step 8
Bake the cookies until tender in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 9
To make shortbread cookies over low heat, melt 200 g of margarine.
Step 10
Pour 0.5 cups of granulated sugar into the melted margarine, stir until smooth.
Step 11
Add 1 raw egg yolk to this mass, beat everything until the sugar dissolves.
Step 12
In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon cocoa. Pour this mixture into a bowl with margarine, sugar and yolk and knead a not very tough dough.
Step 13
On a floured table, roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer. Use molds to cut various figures out of it. You can simply cut the dough into diamonds or squares with a sharp knife.
Step 14
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven until pleasant golden brown.
Step 15
Put the finished cookies on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
