Unusual canned food for the winter is prepared from cucumbers. Chop 5 cloves of garlic, 4-5 sprigs of dill and parsley each. Add 4 kilograms of chopped cucumbers. You can also put overripe fruits in this salad, but then you need to peel them off.

Add two-thirds of a glass of vegetable oil, the same amount of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salt, a tablespoon of ground black pepper. It remains to pour in two-thirds of a glass of 9% vinegar, mix and leave to marinate for 3 hours at room temperature.
