Soak one pack of gelatin in 50 ml of cold water until it swells. Add 100 ml hot water, 15 g sugar. Stir until the gelatin dissolves, heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved. Refrigerate.

Arrange the chopped strawberries beautifully on the bottom of a mold with a removable ring. Cover with chilled gelatin and refrigerate.
