The recipe for wild strawberry liqueur wine is really very simple. To prepare a fragrant drink, pick a ripe, undamaged berry in dry weather, and do not separate the sepals from the fruit - they will only add additional notes to the wine bouquet. Fill a clean three-liter jar tightly with the washed berry. In the process of filling the container, mix raw materials with granulated sugar in a 3: 1 ratio.

The resulting mixture is oversaturated with sugar, so fermentation will be moderate. To make liqueur wine from wild strawberries at home, it is enough to close the jar with a well-fitted polyethylene lid - the resulting carbon dioxide will gradually be released through it. Just in case, in order to avoid juice leakage, place the container on a plate or tray.

Keep cookware at room temperature away from direct sunlight. In one and a half to two months, wild strawberry liqueur wine will be ready for use. Carefully drain the settled clear liquid with a hose, being careful not to pick up the dregs from the bottom.

Strain the rest (pulp, sediment) through cheesecloth and leave in the jar for another week until a clear liquid forms. Add it to the previously poured young wine. Store alcohol in a tightly closed glass container in a cool, dark place at a constant temperature. A cellar or unheated storage room will do.
