It happens that you want to cook a delicious, original and at the same time not complicated dish for lunch. Meat stew with zucchini and potatoes with thick sauce will come to the rescue. It is really delicious and simple.
It is necessary
- 3 bell peppers,
- 1 kg of potatoes,
- 500 grams of pork (you can take chicken),
- 1 small vegetable marrow
- 2 carrots,
- 1 hot chilli pepper,
- 4 tomatoes,
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 onions,
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped dill,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped parsley,
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
- 2 leaves of lavrushka,
- 0.5 teaspoons of ground coriander,
- 2 glasses of water
- some ground black pepper,
- some salt.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the pork, dry it a little and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (if you wish, you can add a small piece of butter), fry the meat over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 3
Peel the onions, cut into small cubes.
Wash carrots, peel, cut into slices or thin rings - to taste.
Step 4
Add onions and carrots to the pan to the meat, mix and continue to fry for another two minutes.
Step 5
Wash zucchini, dry, peel and seeds, cut into two centimeter pieces.
Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into the same pieces as the zucchini.
Step 6
Put the zucchini and potatoes in a saucepan (it is better to cook in a cauldron, but you can also in a thick-walled saucepan).
Step 7
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, cut into cubes. We shift the tomatoes to the zucchini and potatoes, mix.
Step 8
My peppers, peel them of seeds, cut into squares.
Peel the garlic, cut into slices.
Add pepper and garlic to the pan to the meat, fry for 30 seconds. Add the pasta, stir, cover and simmer for 30 seconds over moderate heat.
Step 9
We shift the meat with vegetables into a saucepan with zucchini and potatoes, mix. Salt, pepper, put lavrushka, fill with two glasses of water. We put on a moderate heat until boiling. After boiling, reduce the heat a little and simmer the stew for half an hour.
Step 10
After half an hour, add chopped parsley and dill to the stew, mix and cook for another minute. We try, if everything is ready, remove from heat and leave for five minutes under the lid. We lay out in portions and serve.
