It is necessary

  • - 150 g cookies
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 400-500 g mascarpone
  • - 400-500 g of strawberries
  • - 2 chicken eggs
  • - 50 g sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • - 1 tablespoon of gelatin
  • - 0.5 cups of water
  • - 50 g blueberries

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the cookies. Better to do this in a blender. Melt the butter. Mix these ingredients.

Step 2

Place special baking paper on the bottom of the multicooker. Position it so that there is a margin around the edges. Spread the cookie and butter mixture tightly.

Step 3

Divide the whole amount of strawberries into two parts. And put a few berries aside. You will need them for decoration.

Step 4

Chop half of the strawberries that have been washed beforehand. Add eggs to cream cheese. Stir well. Add vanillin, sugar, strawberry pieces to this.

Step 5

Place the creamy layer in a multicooker. Set the bake function for 50 minutes. After that, without opening the multicooker, continue cooking with the "heating" function for another hour.

Step 6

Chop the other half of the prepared strawberries in a blender. Pour gelatin into half a glass of warm water. Wait for it to completely dissolve. Now add it to the strawberries.

Step 7

Pour the resulting strawberry mass onto the main layer. This should be done after it has cooled down. Put the future cheesecake in the refrigerator. Leave it here for a few hours.

Step 8

Take out the cheesecake carefully. Garnish with strawberries and blueberries. Done!
