Cheesecake is the most popular pastry made from yeast dough, and this is all because it is not difficult to cook it, you can use cottage cheese, jam, potatoes or something at your discretion as a filling. The easiest way to make a delicious cheesecake is to use a multicooker, thanks to which the baked goods will not burn and will bake perfectly.
Cheesecake recipe with cottage cheese in a slow cooker
- 100 grams of butter;
- three tablespoons of sand;
- two eggs;
- two glasses of flour;
- 30 grams of yeast;
- 200 ml of milk;
For filling:
- 500 grams of cottage cheese;
- one egg;
- two tablespoons of sugar;
- 50 grams of raisins;
- a pinch of vanillin.
The first step is to prepare the dough. To do this, mix sugar with warm milk (its temperature should be between 30-40 degrees), add one or two tablespoons of flour, yeast, mix everything and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Over time, sift the flour into a bowl, pour the dough into it, add the eggs and butter, mix and put in a warm place for an hour, then knead the dough and put it back in the heat, but for about 20 minutes.
Rinse and dry the raisins. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients of the cheesecake filling: cottage cheese (you can pre-wipe it through a sieve), granulated sugar, vanillin, an egg, raisins.
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Form the dough into a round base of the required diameter and place it in the bowl. Lightly crush the dough around the edges so that the edges are slightly higher (form the sides). Put the curd mass on the dough and flatten.
Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the baking mode to 60 minutes. After a while, remove the cheesecake from the multicooker, let it cool slightly, cut into portions and serve.
