A simple cheesecake-like pie can be prepared using a slow cooker. This cheesecake differs from the classic one in the absence of cheese in its composition. But from this it turns out to be no less tasty!
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of "Jubilee" type cookies,
- - 150 grams of powdered sugar,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 300 grams of fat sour cream,
- - 300 grams of cottage cheese (preferably homemade, fatter),
- - zest of 1 lemon,
- - 100 grams of butter,
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife,
- - 2-3 tablespoons of any jam,
- - parchment, cling film.
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, grind the cookies into crumbs. Melt the butter over low heat or in the oven. Combine the cookie crumbs with the butter.
Step 2
From the parchment, cut two long strips about 7 centimeters wide. Place the resulting strips in a crisscross pattern on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. You need these strips to remove the cheesecake from the bowl.
Step 3
Put the cookie crumbs on paper in the multicooker bowl and tamp well.
Step 4
Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add eggs, sour cream, vanillin and stir until smooth. Rinse the lemon zest well, chop and add to the curd-sour cream mixture.
Step 5
Gently pour the filling over the cookies in a slow cooker. Select the "Bake" mode and cook on this mode for 1 hour.
Step 6
Do not open the lid of the multicooker after cooking for another hour. Then remove with parchment and leave to cool.
Step 7
Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Place the jam on the cheesecake and serve.
