In the multicooker, you can cook a variety of pastries: pies, cakes, muffins. The products are tender and tasty, do not burn and do not lose their shape. Experiment with recipes by adding jam, honey, nuts, candied fruits and other ingredients to the dough. The finished product can be decorated with cream, glaze or sprinkle with icing sugar.
Orange muffin
This dish has a very delicate taste and a pleasant citrus aroma. For an even more beautiful piece, coat it with an orange chocolate frosting. But if there are no chocolate tablets on hand, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
You will need:
- 250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice;
- zest of 0.5 oranges;
- 1 glass of wheat flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- butter for lubrication;
- 150 g orange chocolate tablets.
Sift flour, mix it with baking powder. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, rub the zest thinly. Separate the yolks from the whites and mash them with sugar. Mix eggs with flour. Pour half the amount of orange juice into the egg and flour mixture in portions, carefully rubbing the lumps. Stir in the zest. Beat the whites together with salt, gradually add them to the dough. Stir the mixture very gently so that it does not fall off.
Grease a multicooker bowl with butter and pour the dough into it. Close the lid and set the "Bake" mode for 35-40 minutes. When the cycle is over, let the cupcake cool and then carefully place it on the board. Pour the remaining orange juice over the product and let it soak. Melt the chocolate tablets in the microwave or water bath. Use a spoon to coat the icing on the cake. Let it set and cut the cupcake into pieces.
Chocolate muffin with nuts
To make the cake even more intense in taste, you can add pieces of dark chocolate or raisins to the dough. Serve with freshly brewed coffee.
You will need:
- 2 cups wheat flour;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 4 eggs;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 200 g butter;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- 0.5 cups of shelled walnuts;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice.
Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan and finely chop or grind in a mortar. Melt the butter, mix with sugar and cocoa powder. Add eggs and soda, slaked with lemon juice. Pour in sifted flour and chopped walnuts in portions. Knead a soft, homogeneous dough and place it in a multicooker bowl, lightly oiled. Set the Bake setting and cook the cake for about an hour.
Cool the finished product a little and carefully remove it from the bowl. You can sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar mixed with cocoa powder. Another decoration option is ready-made nut-chocolate paste, applied to the surface with a knife.
