You can make an Italian soup from a simple-looking soup. And don't be intimidated by the sheer amount of ingredients. Soup is easier to prepare, in just one step.
It is necessary
- - Dry mix "Yarmarka" "Italian soup with fine pasta" - half a pack;
- - Pork stew - 300-400 grams;
- - Pork - 250 grams;
- - Potatoes - 2-3 small tubers;
- - Carrots - 1 pc.;
- - Small onion - 1 pc.;
- - Ripe tomato - 2 pcs. (can be replaced with half a pack of tomato pulp);
- - Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- - Bulgarian pepper - half;
- - Water - 2 liters;
- - A mixture of spices "Provencal herbs" - to taste;
- - Salt to taste;
- - Ground red pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse pork bones and meat thoroughly. Remove excess fat and veins from the meat, cut into medium pieces. Place the bones and chopped meat in the multicooker bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and carrots, cut the bell peppers and potatoes into small slices.
Step 3
It is better to grind tomatoes with a blender, so they will give more flavor to the soup. If you use ready-made tomato pulp, then nothing needs to be done, the consistency is the most suitable.
Step 4
Put all the prepared ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add half a pack of Yarmarka soup mixture there and squeeze out the garlic. Then add salt. And don't forget to add some spices!
Step 5
Pour water into the bowl, close the lid, turn on the "Soup" mode for an hour. If your model of a multicooker does not have the "Soup" mode, you can do with the "Stew" mode, but then the soup will need to be cooked for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 6
After the signal is ready, pour the soup into bowls and add the fresh herbs.
