  • -3 tablespoons sour cream

  • For vegetable filling:
  • -1 carrots
  • -1 onion
  • - half zucchini
  • -1 tomato
  • -30 g of hard cheese
  • -salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and wash the potatoes with cold water. Boil until half cooked in salted water for 7-10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into halves, take out the middle with a teaspoon. Pierce the inside of the potato with a fork in several places. This is necessary so that the juice from the filling soaks them better.

Salt the potatoes, spread a little sour cream or mayonnaise and fill with the filling. Also brush with sour cream on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

3-5 minutes before the end of cooking, put half a teaspoon of butter on each half of the potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill, cilantro or celery when serving.
