Lavash snack cake is a very unusual and original dish. It will take literally half an hour to prepare it, and no special financial costs are needed. The appetizer turns out to be tender and light and is perfect for breakfast or dinner.

It is necessary

  • - thin Armenian lavash - 2 packs;
  • - fresh champignons - 0.5 kg;
  • - large onion - 1 piece;
  • - sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
  • - any hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - salt, ground pepper - to taste;
  • - sunflower oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and cut it into a quarter ring. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry for 3-5 minutes over low heat until transparent.

Step 2

While the onion is fried, rinse the mushrooms and cut them into arbitrary medium-sized pieces. Then pour the mushrooms into a frying pan with onions, stir and leave to fry until mushrooms are ready, stirring occasionally. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. We pass the finished mushrooms together with onions and oil through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. This will be the filling for the cake.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Lay out the baking dish (frying pan, baking sheet) with food foil in several layers. Cut the lavash into pieces in the shape of a baking sheet. We spread the first layer of pita bread, coat with filling, then pita bread again, etc., until the ingredients run out. The last layer should be pita bread. Lubricate the sides and top of the cake with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, put an appetizer in it for about 5-10 minutes just to melt the cheese. Cut the finished cake into portions, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve.
