It is necessary

  • - water - 250 ml;
  • - instant yeast - 6 g;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - wheat flour - 90 g;
  • - buckwheat flour - 90 g;
  • - potatoes - 3 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the instant yeast in a separate bowl and cover with 50 ml of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour there. Mix everything well, then cover with cling film. Set aside until the mixture is foaming, that is, about 50 minutes.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, add buckwheat flour, granulated sugar, salt, and also 100 milliliters of water at room temperature to the yeast mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Do not touch this mixture for 50 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, pour water into a saucepan, salt it and put the washed potatoes there. Put on fire and cook until cooked right in the peel, that is, in the uniform.

Step 4

Add another 100 milliliters of room temperature water to the yeast dough. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 5

Cool boiled potatoes and chop with a grater. Then add it to the resulting test. Stir well and place in a round baking dish. You can add frozen vegetables, such as tomatoes or mushrooms, to the platter if you like.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the dish to bake in it for about 40 minutes. You can serve ready-made pastries to the table both cold and hot. The buckwheat snack cake is ready!
