It is necessary

  • - cake mold;
  • - rice for sushi 3 glasses;
  • - slightly salted salmon 200 g;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - white sesame seeds 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - crab meat 200 g;
  • - mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - vinegar 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
  • - wasabi 2 teaspoons;
  • - avocado or fresh cucumber 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the sushi rice until tender. Combine it with vinegar, salt and sugar, then mix thoroughly. Whisk the eggs and fry thin pancakes in a skillet. Then cut them into thin strips.

Step 2

Cut the crab meat into strips. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix mayonnaise with wasabi. Combine ready-made sushi rice with sesame seeds.

Step 3

Cover the form with cling film, moisten it a little with water and vinegar. Lay the fish layer tightly so that there are no gaps. Spoon out a third of the rice, flatten and compact. Next, place the egg noodles and the crab meat on top. Spoon with half of the remaining rice and brush with mayonnaise and wasabi sauce. Then a cucumber, cut into strips. And on top of the remaining rice. Cover the cake with cling film.

Step 4

Place the dish under the load for about 1 hour. Do not put in the refrigerator, otherwise the rice will harden. Then remove the weight and pull the cake out of the mold with the fish bottom up.
