Squids are extremely easy to prepare, it is enough to boil them in boiling water for literally two minutes, and the dish rich in protein and microelements is ready. All other ingredients that complement squid meat are at your discretion. For example, you can make a snack with a tangy taste and wonderful aroma.

- - 35 g of garlic;
- - 1 chili pepper pod;
- - 210 g of roasted peanuts;
- - 35 ml sesame oil;
- - 55 ml of soy sauce;
- - 140 ml of water;
- - 35 g of sugar;
- - salt pepper.

Step 1
Rinse the squid thoroughly, peel it, put it in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes and then remove it from the pan with a slotted spoon, cool it. Cut the boiled squid meat into small thin pieces.
Step 2
Wash, peel and chop the onions, then fry them in sesame oil until they acquire a beautiful golden hue. Pour a little water into a frying pan with onions and simmer it a little, not forgetting to stir.
Step 3
Pour soy sauce into a saucepan, add sugar, pepper and mix everything well.
Step 4
Gently wash and peel hot peppers, cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan with soy sauce. Add peeled and chopped garlic there.
Step 5
Transfer the prepared onion to a saucepan with the sauce, then chopped nuts, as well as pieces of squid meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
