Squid is a highly nutritious seafood rich in beneficial amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Squid meat contains a lot of protein, which is easily absorbed by the body. Therefore, it is not surprising that recently, dishes from this delicacy are gaining more and more popularity. This seafood is used to prepare various salads, soups and snacks.

- - frozen squid - 500 g;
- - zucchini - 1 piece;
- - onion - 2/3 pieces;
- - tomato sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - greens (parsley, dill);
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - salt;
- - different spices to taste;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare the onion for use: peel it, cut it into thin half rings. Fry it in a frying pan until half cooked.
Step 2
Young zucchini with the skin should be cut into thin strips, but do not chop too much. Mix onion and zucchini and cook until cooked. At this stage, you can add salt and your favorite spices.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and herbs, transfer everything to the pan, stirring well.
Step 4
Let's deal with the main product - squid. It must be divided into small pieces (strips, cubes), it all depends on your taste. And now you can send squid meat to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Bring the contents to a boil. After about 5 minutes, when the squid is completely white, remove the pan from the heat.
