Sweet pies are delicious desserts, and in many families they are prepared at least once a week. We offer you a recipe for a classic manna, for the preparation of which nothing special is required.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups semolina;
- - a glass of fatty sour cream;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 250 grams of margarine;
- - 200 grams of granulated sugar;
- - candied fruits, walnuts, raisins;
- - soda and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the raisins with candied fruits in warm water for 15 minutes. In a deep bowl, grind the eggs with granulated sugar until white. Then add sour cream, softened margarine, soda, salt and stir again well.
Step 2
Pour semolina into the mixture, beat thoroughly with a mixer so that there are no lumps - they will spoil the delicious manna.
Step 3
When the mass becomes homogeneous, add nuts, dried raisins and candied fruits to it, mix well.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the dough on it, bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150-180, watch for the readiness of the manna yourself - the cooking time may differ.
Step 5
A soft semolina pie is ready for use, decorate it with fresh fruits of your choice, serve with a glass of milk or unsweetened tea.
