  • - swordfish steaks - 4 pcs. (150 g each);
  • - olive oil - 4 tsp;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - dry white wine - 50 ml;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - parsley, basil and dill greens - 20 g;
  • - soft cream cheese - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - pine nuts - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking cheese sauce. Rinse greens with water, remove coarse stems. Chop finely. Put greens and nuts in a blender bowl and chop at maximum speed. Then add mayonnaise, soft cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture with a blender until smooth. The sauce is ready.

Step 2

Cooking the marinade. Combine olive oil, white wine, juice of one lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. The marinade is ready.

Rinse the fish steaks with water, dry, cover with marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Fry the fish on both sides in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then place the steaks in a greased baking dish. Top with cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Put a piece of fish with sauce on a serving plate, garnish with pine nuts. The dish is ready.
