Until recently, canned pineapple was perceived as an independent dessert delicacy. However, there are now many savory dishes in which this product is used.
Pizza with pineapple slices
You will need:
- sweet bell pepper (red) - 1 pc;
- tomato - 4 pcs;
- canned pineapples - 200 g;
- ham - 200 g;
- hard cheese - 150 g.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, red pepper into strips. Cut pineapple slices and ham into 4 pieces. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. The dough can be purchased ready-made, or you can cook it according to your favorite recipe. Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil, spread the pizza base on it. Put tomato slices on the dough, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with grated cheese. Put pepper, pineapple and ham on top. We bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Tartlets with corn-pineapple filling
You will need:
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- processed cheese - 1-2 pcs;
- pineapples 1/2 can;
- canned corn - 150 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- mayonnaise.
Grate curds and boiled eggs on a medium grater, finely chop the garlic or pass through a press, place everything in a salad bowl. Finely chop the pineapples, mix with corn and add to the rest of the ingredients. We fill the salad with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly and fill the baskets (tartlets) with it. If desired, you can decorate with greens.
Pineapple and ham salad
You will need:
- canned pineapple - 1 can;
- canned corn - 1 can;
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs;
- ham - 300 g;
- greens to taste;
- mayonnaise.
Cut the peeled eggs and ham into small cubes, finely chop the greens. Throw the pineapple in a colander and dry slightly. If necessary, cut into smaller pieces. We combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix.
