This airy caramelized pineapple pie only has one drawback: it's very difficult to stop at one slice!
It is necessary
- For 12 persons:
- - 6, 5 tbsp. butter;
- - 3 tbsp. brown soft sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. canned pineapple (no liquid);
- - 9, 5 tbsp. cane sugar;
- - 1, 5 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1, 5 Art. self-ascending flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven on heating up to 180 degrees. Put a refractory dish, in which you can cook on the stove, or a frying pan with a detachable handle, suitable for baking in the oven, put on the stove and put 30 g of butter in it. Wait until the cube begins to melt, spread the butter over the bottom as evenly as possible and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 2
Remove the pineapple rings from the jar and dry. 5 tbsp syrup, in which there were pineapples, pour into a separate cup, and cut the rings in half and put in a frying pan with caramel.
Step 3
Beat the remaining butter with the addition of cane sugar to the creamy mass. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly each time. Add vanilla extract, whisk. Then add pineapple syrup and flour. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Step 4
Pour the dough over the pineapples and smooth with the same spatula. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. After removing the pie from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, then turn it over onto a serving platter.
