It is necessary

  • - 100 g margarine
  • - 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • - 100 ml of milk
  • - 300 g salted salmon (or trout)
  • - 8 eggs
  • - 60 g sour cream
  • - 100 g flour
  • - fresh herbs
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Knead in softened margarine, sour cream, flour, 2 eggs, salt and sugar. Roll it out on the table and cut out round pieces with a diameter of about 15 cm. Place a bottle or glass in the center of each circle, fold the dough so that you get a tartlet. The edges of the dough can be wrapped in curly compositions or left flat. The main thing is that the shape of the workpiece is maintained without support. Place the tartlets in a greased baking dish and place in the oven for 15 minutes. If you have cupcake tins, you can use them to make tartlets.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites and pour them into the already cooked tartlets. Send the blanks to the oven for another 2-3 minutes. Wait for the dough to cool and start the creative process.

Step 3

Cut the salmon into thin slices of different sizes and cut one into each tartlet. The lower layer is larger plates, the upper one is the smallest. When placing salmon in the workpiece, try to slightly bend the edges of the plates to form a "flower".

Step 4

Ready-made salmon tartlets can be garnished with lightly melted melted cheese and sprigs of herbs. On the table, such a dish looks very original. In addition, the unusual "roses" will appeal to absolutely all lovers of salted red fish.
