  • - 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 1 bag of vanillin;
  • - 2 pcs. egg yolk;
  • - 2 ½ tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;

Instructions

Step 1

Put the cottage cheese in a container, add sugar, vanillin, yolks. Beat everything with a whisk or mixer. Sift the sifted flour with baking powder into crumbs with chilled butter, grated.

Step 2

Combine the flour mixture with the curd mass and knead the elastic dough. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a clean plastic bag (plastic wrap) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Place oval cakes overlapping each other and form roses by bending the petals slightly. Place the roses on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the finished cookies to a large vase (dish), sprinkle with powdered sugar. To compose a bouquet of roses, "plant" on a sweet straw, which in this case plays the role of a stem.
