Step 1

Separate a small piece from the yeast dough.

Cut out 4-5 circles with a glass or a round shape of a small diameter.

Fold the circles in a row so that the edge of one circle overlaps the other by about 0.5-1 cm.

Roll a strip of circles into a roll. Use a sharp knife to cut it in the middle. It turned out two roses.
