Make semolina rose flower sweetness. These are baked goods topped with sugar syrup. A very original and delicious dessert.

- - 60 g semolina
- -12-14 Art. l. flour
- - 80 g olive oil
- - 85 g yogurt
- - 10 g baking powder
- - vanillin
- - 3 cups granulated sugar
- - 3 glasses of water
- - pistachios or almonds
- - butter
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the sugar syrup first. Pour 3 cups of granulated sugar into a saucepan and add 3 cups of water. Put on fire, stirring occasionally, and wait for it to boil. Leave to cool.
Step 2
If you do not want very sweet "roses", then the amount of sugar can be reduced.
Step 3
Start making the dough. Combine semolina, olive oil and yogurt. Add flour, vanillin, baking powder. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the dough into several pieces. Roll out the dough, at least 2 mm thick.
Step 5
With the help of a glass we make circles. Now form a "rose". Connect the small cut pieces first. Then hold the larger pieces together. Try to hold it together well so that the "roses" do not fall apart when baking.
Step 6
Place the roses in a baking dish. Grease the dough with melted butter. And bake at 180 degrees.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, pour over the cooled sugar syrup. Leave it on for about 30 minutes. Garnish with pistachios or almonds.
