Horseradish can give food a very interesting flavor. In the proposed appetizer, horseradish will color the banal sour cream with new colors. Mini pancakes with salmon are prepared in half an hour.
It is necessary
- For 8-10 servings (pancakes):
- - flour - 160 grams;
- - lightly salted or lightly smoked salmon - 250 grams;
- - milk - 170 milliliters;
- - cream cheese - 50 grams;
- - butter - 30 grams;
- - a spoonful of chopped dill;
- - one egg;
- - baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.
- For the cream, take:
- - fat sour cream - 120 grams;
- - ready-made horseradish - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.

Step 1
Combine flour with baking powder, salt, chopped dill.
Step 2
Whisk the chicken egg, milk, butter and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures, knead to a homogeneous dough.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil. Pour in two teaspoons of dough, bake small pancakes, about a minute on each side.
Step 4
Prepare the sour cream sauce while the finished pancakes cool. To do this, mix sour cream with horseradish, salt to taste.
Step 5
Cut the fish into thin slices. Place on each pancake a spoonful of cream and a slice of salmon, garnish with dill sprigs. The original appetizer is ready!
