  • - lightly salted or lightly smoked salmon - 250 grams;
  • - milk - 170 milliliters;
  • - cream cheese - 50 grams;
  • - butter - 30 grams;
  • - a spoonful of chopped dill;
  • - one egg;
  • - baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.
  • For the cream, take:
  • - fat sour cream - 120 grams;
  • - ready-made horseradish - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine flour with baking powder, salt, chopped dill.

Step 2

Whisk the chicken egg, milk, butter and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures, knead to a homogeneous dough.

Step 3

Preheat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil. Pour in two teaspoons of dough, bake small pancakes, about a minute on each side.

Step 4

Prepare the sour cream sauce while the finished pancakes cool. To do this, mix sour cream with horseradish, salt to taste.
