Juicy, ruddy zrazy perfectly diversify both everyday and festive menus. Unlike traditional cutlets, they contain an interesting filling, which is especially popular with children.
Ingredients:
- Minced pork - 0.75 kg;
- Bun - 1 piece;
- Chicken eggs - 4 raw + 5 boiled;
- Onions - 2 pcs;
- Breadcrumbs (for batter).
Preparation:
- Combine the minced meat with a bun soaked in water. Add one egg, salt and spices to taste (basil is especially good).
- Peel the onion, chop it on a fine grater and also send it to the mince. Stir everything thoroughly.
- We remove the boiled eggs from the shell and chop them into small cubes. Cut the remaining onion in the same way, and then fry until "gilded" in vegetable oil.
- Combine chopped eggs with onions, add a little salt and mix.
- We begin to form zrazy: separate a little minced meat, turn it into a neat cake and put a little filling in the middle. We wrap the edges, forming a cutlet.
- Now meat products must be breaded in breadcrumbs (it is permissible to replace them with corn flour) and dipped in egg batter. To make it - a couple of trifles: you just need to lightly beat 3 eggs, adding a pinch of salt.
- Finally, fry the zrazy in vegetable oil on both sides - until a beautiful gilded crust is formed. Then they will need to be extinguished for 5-7 minutes by adding boiled water.
Delicious zrazy with egg are served hot. If desired, the dish can be accompanied by some kind of sauce - for example, ginger, and to slightly change the taste of the cutlets, add a green onion, fried mushrooms and slices of hard cheese to the filling.
