  • - 30 grams of butter;
  • - 500 milliliters of vegetable broth;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - 250 grams of red bell peppers;
  • - 250 grams of yellow sweet peppers;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 200 grams of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 25 milliliters of white wine.

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the peppers from seeds, fibers and footsteps, cut into cubes.
