Chicken breast with sweet pepper is a main course. The meat cooked according to this recipe turns out to be ruddy, tender and soft. Bell pepper with tomatoes simmered in white wine is served as a side dish for the breast.

- - 600 grams of chicken breast;
- - 60 grams - shallots;
- - 30 grams of butter;
- - 500 milliliters of vegetable broth;
- - salt to taste;
- - 250 grams of red bell peppers;
- - 250 grams of yellow sweet peppers;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 200 grams of cherry tomatoes;
- - 25 milliliters of white wine.

Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the peppers from seeds, fibers and footsteps, cut into cubes.

Finely chop the shallots, heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions for a few minutes. Sprinkle with salt and add the peppers to the pan. Cover and simmer vegetables for half an hour over medium heat. If the vegetables will burn, then add a little broth or hot water.

Before you start cooking the chicken breast, beat it off with a hammer to soften it.

Melt the butter in a skillet and fry another 30 grams of shallots in it.

Dip the chicken breast in flour and, putting it on the onion, fry for a minute on both sides. Add wine, vegetable broth and simmer chicken until cooked through.
