    • 500 g chicken breast fillet;
    • 100 g dried apricots;
    • 100 g of prunes;
    • 200 ml 30% cream;
    • 2 heads of onions;

    • For chicken breast with dried apricots and bacon;
    • 2 pcs. chicken breasts;
    • 30-50 g butter;
    • 5-6 pcs. dried apricots;
    • 100 g bacon;
    • 2-3 st. l. sour cream or cream;
    • 3 tbsp. l. dry white wine;
    • 1 tsp flour;
    • 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional)
    • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken jacket with dried apricots and prunes

Wash and dry the chicken breasts with a towel or napkin. Separate the meat from the bones and cut the fillets into small pieces (cubes or strips).

Step 2

Wash dried apricots with prunes and cover with boiling water. After 10 minutes, drain the water, and finely chop the dried apricots and prunes.

Step 3

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion until half cooked. Then add pieces of chicken fillet to it and, stirring continuously, fry the chicken with onions for about ten minutes (until the meat turns white). Season with salt and cream. When they boil, reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.

As soon as the cream begins to evaporate and thicken, put the chopped dried apricots with prunes into the pan. Mix everything thoroughly, add curry and simmer everything together until tender. Boiled rice or buckwheat can be served as a side dish for this dish.

Chicken breast with dried apricots and bacon

Rinse dried apricots well and soak in boiling water. After 15 minutes, discard the dried apricots in a colander, let the water drain and cut the dried fruit into small cubes. Cut the butter and bacon into cubes, combine with dried apricots and stir.

Step 6

Wash the breasts, dry and lay out in the shape of a heart. Remove excess meat around the edges. Carefully cut each breast, making a pocket, salt, pepper and fill with the prepared mixture. To prevent the filling from spilling out, seal the edges with wooden toothpicks.

Step 7

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the stuffed breasts in it (alternately on one side and on the other) until golden brown.

Step 8

Add wine and sour cream (cream) to the skillet, cover and simmer the chicken breasts until tender. If the sauce is too runny, mix a teaspoon of flour in two teaspoons of water, pour into a skillet, stir thoroughly and bring to a boil.

Step 9

Put the finished chicken breasts in a heart-shaped dish (carefully remove the toothpicks) and garnish with finely chopped herbs and almond flakes to taste.
