Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fillet into thin cubes, chop the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Mix meat with garlic, ginger, add soy sauce and vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for 35 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the pepper into strips and fry. Onion stalk, cut apricots and fry separately.
Step 4
Fry the meat in vegetable oil, add soy sauce.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients, boil for 5 minutes and add peanut sauce. Decorate the finished dish as desired. Use rice as a garnish.
