If you decide to have a picnic, be sure to bring chicken rolls with you. This appetizer is best suited to satisfy the light hunger of lovers of gatherings in nature. Rolls prepared according to this recipe have Asian roots going back to hospitable Ashgabat and sunny Tashkent.

It is necessary

  • - salt;
  • - sugar - 1 tsp;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - chili sauce or hot pepper - 1 tsp;
  • - sesame oil - 2 tsp;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tsp;
  • - greens - parsley, coriander, dill;
  • - Chinese cabbage or lettuce leaves - 10 pcs;
  • - lavash - 1 piece;
  • - chicken fillet - 800 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the herbs finely, squeeze the garlic into it, add sesame oil, salt, pepper, sugar, sauce and mix everything well.

Step 2

Slice the chicken into 6-7 centimeter strips. Beat off vigorously and lightly sprinkle with salt. Place prepared herbs in the middle of each piece.

Step 3

Roll the meat into rolls and secure the edges with wooden toothpicks. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the rolls on both sides. Then take out the toothpicks.

Step 4

Cut the pita bread into pieces equal to the width of the roll. Place a leaf of lettuce, chicken rolls on each cut piece. Roll the dish and secure with a toothpick. Ready-made chicken rolls can be eaten at home, or taken with you to nature, a picnic, or on a hike.
