  • - 60 gr. corn starch;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 60 ml of vegetable oil.
  • For sweet and sour sauce:
  • - 150 gr. Sahara;
  • - 120 ml of apple cider vinegar;
  • - 60 gr. classic ketchup;
  • - 15 ml of soy sauce;
  • - half a teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160C. Grease the baking dish with oil. Mix all the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce and set it aside.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, add starch and gently mix the pieces.

Beat eggs in a bowl, heat oil in a frying pan. Dip each piece of chicken in beaten eggs and send it to the pan for just 1-2 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
