It is necessary
- Heavy cream (33%) - 250 ml;
- Vanilla pod - 1 piece, or take vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- Water - 100 ml + 1 tablespoon;
- Sugar - 100 g;
- Yolks - 6 pieces;
- Any additives at will and taste.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to cook the syrup.
Bring 100 ml of water with sugar to a boil and
vanilla pod / vanilla. Let it boil for 5 minutes! Remove from the stove and cool slightly.
Step 2
The next step is egg cream.
Mix 1 tbsp lightly with a fork. water and yolks. in a saucepan.
Pour the syrup into the yolks in a thin stream. We put on a small fire and, stirring, we brew. Only the yolks have begun to thicken - remove!
Cool completely and remove the vanilla pod, if done with it.
Step 3
Whisk the cream until soft peaks.
Mix gently with the cooled egg cream.
Transfer to the ice cream bowl and freeze or
just in a container and put in the freezer, stirring from time to time.
For serving, you can pour over syrup, jam, sprinkle with nuts, chocolate chips … But just so very, very tasty!
