Vanilla ice cream is one of the most delicious and very pleasant delicacies in hot weather. It will not take a lot of effort to prepare it, and the result will surely charge you with a good mood for the whole day.
It is necessary
250 ml of milk; - 250 ml cream; - 4-6 egg yolks; - 80-90 g of sugar; - a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or extract

Step 1
Pour milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar to the yolks and mix well using a mixer, hand blender or fork.

Add milk by pouring in a thin stream and stirring continuously with a whisk. Place the milk and egg mixture over low heat and heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the mixture thickens slightly. Cool the finished cream, chill it a little and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk until softened. Add the cream to the chilled cream and stir. Transfer the resulting mixture to a container, cover with cling film or a lid and put in the freezer for 40-60 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer and beat the ice cream with a hand blender or mixer. Place the ice cream in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving. Divide it into bowls and sprinkle with canned or fresh fruit, berries, chopped nuts, grated chocolate, or crumbled cookies.
