  • - potatoes - 600 g;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - butter - 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine flour with foods such as baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Place the egg, vinegar, oil, and water in a separate cup. Beat everything well, then add to the flour mass. Knead the dough out of the mixture. When it's done, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 60 minutes.

Step 2

With potatoes, do this: rinse thoroughly, remove the peel and put in a saucepan with water. Put on fire and cook until cooked through. Mix the finished potatoes with butter. Mash this mixture until smooth, then add to it lightly fried onions, as well as salt and pepper.

Knead the chilled dough with your hands a little, then cut it in half. Roll out one of the pieces with a rolling pin in the form of a rectangle, which is approximately 30 x 40 centimeters in size. Along the length of the resulting layer, or rather along its edge, lay out half of the potato mass. Then wrap it in such a way that you get a roll. Flip the knife upside down and baste it in 5 places at the same distance. Twist the dough in these cuts and cut into pieces. Fix the open edges, and press on the middle on one side so that a small dimple forms. Do the same with the second half of the test.

Step 4

Mix the yolk with water and whisk. Apply the resulting mass to the buns. As such, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and oiled, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the dish to bake for about 20-25 minutes. The buns with potatoes are ready!
