Shrimp is an expensive product, but at the same time it is very healthy. The meat of such crustaceans contains not only highly digestible proteins in huge quantities, but also amino acids, useful minerals, and vitamins. Most often, shrimp is boiled before eating. But you can cook from this seafood, of course, and some very tasty baked dish.

Cooking shrimp
