Chicken meat with mushrooms turns out to be tender and very tasty, and also not very high in calories.

Delicate low-fat chicken fillet goes well with almost any mushroom. But since forest mushrooms are quite expensive, you can use an inexpensive option - champignons.

To prepare this dish you will need: a kilogram of chicken fillet, 8 pcs. fresh or canned mushrooms, 350 ml 10% cream, 4 medium garlic cloves, 250 g cheese, herbs to taste (parsley, dill, etc.), butter.

Preparation

Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces, the mushrooms into slices (if fresh or whole canned). Put the chicken and mushrooms in a frying pan and fry in butter. While the chicken and mushrooms are fried, pour the filling: in a deep bowl, finely chop the garlic, three cheese there, add finely chopped dill, parsley (or other herbs to taste), fill everything with cream. Mix everything well. After the chicken with mushrooms has been stewed, pour the prepared cream there, simmer all together over low heat for another 15 minutes.

Useful advice: a kilogram of chicken fillet should be cooked for a small family, but if you want to cook one portion of such chicken stewed in cream, reduce the amount of products by about three times, and preferably four if a side dish is supposed.
