It is necessary
- - sweet large apples - 5 pcs.;
- - water - 200 ml;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - dry yeast - 1 tsp;
- - flour - 1 glass;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - ground cinnamon - a pinch;
- - icing sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Dissolve 1 tbsp in warm water. l. sugar and add yeast. Stir, leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes (until the mixture begins to ferment). Then add the remaining sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, salt, cinnamon. Stir. Gradually add flour into the liquid and knead the dough. The dough should be very soft and not dense. Place the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Wash the apples, peel and remove the core. Cut each apple into 2 cm thick slices. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice.
Step 3
Dip a piece of apple into the dough so that it covers the whole piece. Fry the donuts quickly in vegetable oil on both sides. Place the finished donuts on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Sprinkle the cooled donuts with icing sugar. The dish is ready.
