- Flour - 1 kg.
- Egg yolk - 2 pcs.
- Water - 230 ml.
- Milk - 280 ml.
- Dry yeast -10 gr.
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Butter - 100 gr.
- Vegetable oil - 50 gr.
- Minced meat - 350 gr.
- Bulb onions - 3 pcs.
Mix the egg yolks with lukewarm water and lukewarm milk.
Add dry yeast and sugar.
Stir in a glass of sifted flour.
When the dough starts to bubble slightly, add melted butter, salt and stir in the sifted flour in portions.
Add vegetable oil in portions to a well-kneaded dough and knead again.
Cover the dough and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Chop the onion as finely as possible or chop it in a blender, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper and add 50 ml of cold milk.
Divide the dough that has come up into lumps and roll it into flat cakes with a diameter of 10-12 centimeters.
Put two teaspoons of the filling on the center of the cake, raise the edges, pinch with a bag and flatten.
Fry a large amount of well-heated vegetable oil over medium heat.
First fry the side where the seam is.
Frying time for each side is about two minutes.
