It is necessary
- - peeled hazelnuts - 3 tbsp. l.
- - half a lemon
- - 5 chicken eggs
- - sugar - 150 g
- - starch - 30 g
- - soda -2 g
- - vanillin - 2 g
- - softened butter - 15 g
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the hazelnuts finely, divide the lemon into pieces and squeeze the juice out of them.
Step 2
Separate the whites from the chicken yolks. Whisk the first until a steep and dense foam, the second rub well with sugar to get a whitish mixture, into which add starch.
Step 3
After mixing, add soda, lemon juice, chopped nuts and vanillin here. Stir and then gently mix the protein foam with the total mixture.
