  • - semolina, rice flour, sour cream - 50 grams each;

  • - one egg;
  • - sugar - 20 grams;
  • - orange peel, butter, brown sugar - 1 tablespoon each;
  • - low-calorie strawberry confiture - 3 tablespoons.

Step 1

Mix the egg with sour cream, crush a slice of bread without a crust. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add flour, semolina, granulated sugar, orange zest, sour cream. Knead the dough, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - during this time the rice flour and semolina will swell.
