Dumplings are a European flour product that usually consists of eggs and flour. But you can make special dumplings - curd dumplings with the addition of strawberries.
It is necessary
- - low-fat cottage cheese - 350 grams;
- - frozen strawberries - 150 grams;
- - semolina, rice flour, sour cream - 50 grams each;
- - a slice of white bread;
- - one egg;
- - sugar - 20 grams;
- - orange peel, butter, brown sugar - 1 tablespoon each;
- - low-calorie strawberry confiture - 3 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg with sour cream, crush a slice of bread without a crust. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add flour, semolina, granulated sugar, orange zest, sour cream. Knead the dough, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - during this time the rice flour and semolina will swell.
Step 2
Next, divide the dough by the number of strawberries, make round cakes, put strawberries in the middle of each, connect the edges, roll a ball.

Boil the curd dumplings in boiling water for ten minutes.
Step 4
Melt butter in a skillet, add brown sugar and strawberry jam. Fry the dumplings in the resulting glaze. The strawberry curd dumplings are ready, serve ready-made!
