Zrazy is a dish of Lithuanian cuisine. These are pies where minced meat plays the role of dough, and eggs and vegetables are traditionally the filling. Nowadays, the method of cooking zraz is very popular, where minced meat is replaced with mashed potatoes, and the filling is meat or vegetable.

- - 2 heads of onions;

- - 600 g of beef;
- - 100 g ground beef and pork;
- - 1 large head of onion;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 50 g bread crumbs;

- pepper.

Instructions
Step 1
Potato zrazy
Wash and peel the potatoes. Boil in salted water, mash with a fork or mashed potatoes, add butter and an egg.
Step 2
Chop the onion very finely, heat some sunflower oil in a pan and fry the onion. Boil two eggs hard-boiled. Chop boiled eggs, mix with fried onions.
Step 3
Make a thick (1-1.5 centimeter) flat cake out of mashed potatoes, place the filling in the center, fold in half to make a pie. Dip the zrazy in breadcrumbs, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the zrazy on both sides.
Step 4
Potato zrazy with meat
Rinse the beef under cold running water, roll in salted water, mince. Chop finely onions, heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the onions until golden brown. Add the onion to the scrolled beef and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Wash the potatoes very thoroughly, even with a toothbrush, so that dirt does not remain in the irregularities of the tuber. Boil in a uniform in salted water, let cool a little, peel, mash in mashed potatoes with a fork or a special crush, salt, add an egg, mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Form cakes from mashed potatoes, put the filling on each, pinch the edges, give an oval shape, it should look like a cutlet. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the zrazy on both sides, on each side, immediately until tender, so that the zrazy does not fall apart.
Step 7
Zrazy in Polish
Rinse the beef, cut into thin slices and beat thoroughly. Chop the onions, mix with the minced meat, add butter, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Spread the beaten meat with minced meat, roll it up, season with salt and pepper to taste, bread with flour, fasten with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, lightly fry the zrazy, transfer to a saucepan, fill with meat broth and simmer until tender.
