Unusual red fish and shrimp spaghetti sauce makes spaghetti a bright and festive dish.
It is necessary
- - spaghetti (400 g);
- - butter (50 g);
- - fillet of red fish (300 g);
- - peeled shrimps (200 g);
- - olive oil (50 g);
- - tomatoes (5 pcs.);
- - tomato juice (1 tbsp.);
- - sweet pepper (1 pc.);
- - dry white wine (100 g);
- - onion (1 onion);
- - garlic (4 cloves);
- - dried tarragon (1 tsp);
- - red pepper (1 tsp);
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. We drain the water and fill with butter.
Step 2
Cut the red fish fillet into small pieces and fry on both sides in olive oil. When the fish is ready, we transfer it to another dish.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan. Fry everything for 5 minutes. Then add wine, salt, red pepper and tarragon. If the tomatoes were not juicy enough, add tomato juice.
Step 5
Put peeled shrimps and fried red fish in a boiling sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Put the spaghetti on plates. Top with sauce and garnish with parsley.
