Need to cook a hearty and delicious lunch or dinner, but no time at all? Then this recipe for a simplified version of chicken fricassee will help you out.
It is necessary
- - 1 1/2 chicken breast;
- - a small handful of plum cherry tomatoes;
- - 200-250 ml of drinking cream (fat content 10-15%);
- - 2 teaspoons of ready-made chicken seasoning;
- - 1 small bunch of fresh dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly under running water. To make the meat softer, you can pre-wrap the piece in cling film and beat off a little with a wooden kitchen hammer. Cut the chicken into small pieces, place in a skillet with a little vegetable oil and fry over high heat until the meat changes color. Add spices and stir.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes, for example with paper towels. Cut them into round slices and add to the pan to the fillets. Keep the dish on fire for a while.
Step 3
Pour in the drinking cream, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Rinse the dill, shake off the drops, pat dry with paper towels and chop finely. Add the herbs to the chicken about a minute until tender.
Step 5
Put any side dish on a plate (rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, etc.), top with the creamy chicken. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
