Combine flour with baking powder and vanilla, pour into the mixture. Knead the dough, but you don't need to knead for a long time, otherwise it will lose its airiness. If the dough is thin, then add a little flour. Refrigerate the cookie dough for one hour.

Form small "sausages" from the chilled dough. Assemble the meat grinder without a knife, use a large grate. The dough is rolled through a meat grinder, the resulting tape is cut into small portions. For beauty, you can roll up roses, flagella, pigtails.
Step 4
Spread the cookies on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown. After 15 minutes, a crispy, tasty cookie is obtained. It is cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
