Cottage cheese is a very tasty and lush cake, which is also popularly called sprinkling. They began to call it that, because the dough from which it is prepared is dough in the form of a crumb, in another way it is called shortbread.
Cottage cheese is a very simple dish to prepare. There is no difficulty in preparing it very quickly. The dish contains a large amount of very useful substances necessary for human health - proteins, vitamins and trace elements, minerals.
- butter - 1 glass;
- premium flour - 750 gr.;
- sugar - 200 gr.;
- soda - 1 tsp.
- cottage cheese - 500 gr.;
- chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- sugar - 250 gr.;
- vanillin;
- raisins - 200 gr.
Half an hour before making the pie, place the butter in the freezer.
The first step is to prepare the curd itself. Put the curd in a bowl, add 3 eggs and granulated sugar, and vanillin to taste. Soak the raisins in warm water for 15 minutes, until they swell. Stir the ingredients very thoroughly and add the raisins.
- Remove the butter from the freezer. Then sprinkle the board with flour, put a piece of this butter on it and chop it into small particles with a knife in flour. Mix everything well.
- Mix flour with butter, then add sugar, soda, slaked with vinegar and mix everything thoroughly until crumbly.
- Grease the bottom and sides of the brazier well with oil or place parchment paper on the bottom of the brazier.
- Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
- Spoon half of the dough onto the broiler.
- Then carefully pour our cottage cheese and raisin filling onto the flour. Sprinkle the remaining flour on top with an even layer.
- Bake the cake for one hour.
Tip: Put the oven on a low heat so that the curd is baked well, especially the bottom.
After the curd is ready, carefully remove it from the mold, but do not turn it over, and put it on a dish.
Put a napkin on a dish under the pie so that the curd does not get damp.
You can use different creams and fillings for the curd. It will be very tasty with any filling.
