Fans of homemade sweets will love the simple and very tasty recipe for chocolate sausage made from Yubileinoye cookies. This is a very satisfying, dense cold dessert that is prepared without baking and takes very little time to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 450 g of “Jubilee” cookies without flavorings;
- - 200 g of shelled walnuts;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- - 50 g milk chocolate;
- - 70 g of milk;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 2 g vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
The simplest Yubileinoye cookies without additives and fillers in the form of nuts and fruits are best suited for this recipe. Remove the cookies from the packaging and break into large pieces, then grind in a blender until fine crumbs. Transfer to a large, deep cup. Grind the walnuts in a blender or mortar and mix with the cookies. Mix everything.
Step 2
Melt the butter on the stove in a small saucepan. Add the cocoa powder in small portions to the butter and stir. Add sugar and milk to the mixture in small portions, then vanillin, bring the mixture until smooth. When the mixture has cooled slightly, add it to the walnuts and stir until smooth. Let cool almost completely.
Step 3
Grate milk chocolate and add to the cookie mixture. Stir gently to keep the chocolate in small pieces. Several larger walnut chunks can be added if desired. They will look beautiful on a future cut. Spread the cling film in two layers on the table. Spread the mixture in a long strip, wrap the plastic wrap and roll it a little until the mixture takes the shape of a sausage. Place in the freezer for two hours. Allow the chocolate sausage to freeze for fifteen minutes before serving, remove the film and cut into slices.
