One of the most successful recipes for the famous sweet sausage, to which you can also add a little rum and a handful of chopped dried fruits if you wish. However, even without these ingredients, it turns out very tasty.

- - 14 pieces of shortbread cookies Lyubyatovo "Baked milk"
- - 100 g butter
- - 50-60 g of chocolate
- - 100 ml of milk
- - 100 ml sugar
- - 3 tbsp. spoons (with a slide) of cocoa powder
Instructions
Step 1
Break the cookies, put them in a bowl with high sides. Grind with your hands in such a way that you get not only crumbs, but also larger pieces.
Step 2
Heat the milk in a saucepan, add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and chopped chocolate. Hold the mixture on the stove, stirring occasionally, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Remove the saucepan from heat.
Step 3
Cool the chocolate mixture slightly and add the crumbled cookies. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Put the mass on cellophane, cling film or aluminum foil, roll up in the form of a sausage. Twist the ends. Place in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.
Step 5
Shortly before serving, remove the dessert from the freezer, unfold the cellophane or foil, cut the sausage into slices.
