The cookies bought a few days ago remained uneaten - neither the children nor the husband wanted them ?! Do not rush to throw out the product! From not too tasty cookies, it is quite possible to make a vuksy chocolate dessert - a sweet sausage. You will probably find other essential ingredients in your refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.

It is necessary

    • 200 g butter;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 100 g of nuts;
    • 300 g cookies;
    • 5 tbsp. l. cocoa;
    • 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
    • 1 tbsp. l. cognac;
    • 100 ml of milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a water bath. To do this, put a wide saucepan of water on the fire, bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat so that the water only boils slightly.

Step 2

Break eggs into a saucepan with a smaller diameter, add sugar, place in a water bath and rub the eggs with sugar into a foam.

Step 3

Add 150 g butter, cut into slices. While stirring constantly, wait until the oil is completely dissolved and the mixture thickens. Remove from the water bath, cool.

Step 4

Make hot chocolate. To do this, mix cocoa with vanilla sugar, brandy and milk. Put on a low heat, when it starts to boil, add 50 g of butter, hold on a low heat for 1, 5-2 minutes. Cool it down.

Step 5

Spoon the cooled chocolate into the egg-butter mixture, stirring it well each time (you can do this with a mixer at low speed for 20-30 seconds).

Step 6

Grind ¾ of the prepared cookies in a coffee grinder or food processor. Break 1/4 into small pieces (these will be "pieces of fat" in the sausage).

Step 7

Also chop the nuts to large pieces.

Step 8

Add nuts and cookies crushed in a coffee grinder to the chocolate-butter mixture, knead well. Then add large pieces of cookies, mix.

Step 9

Put the resulting mass on dense cellophane (you can roll it into 2-3 layers of cling film) with a spoon or spatula. Tuck the cellophane on all sides, roll it up, giving the shape of a sausage. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Step 10

After the specified time has elapsed, remove the sausage, free it from the cellophane, cut into pieces and serve as a dessert.
